At Design Crunchers, we are committed to delivering high-quality work and complete client satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds apply to services purchased from us. All amounts are stated in UAE Dirhams (AED) and exclude applicable VAT.

1. Design Services (Logo, Branding & Graphics)

• If a refund is requested before the initial design concepts are delivered, you are eligible for a full refund, less a 10% service & processing fee.
• Once initial concepts are delivered and you request revisions or approve a concept, the order moves into production and refunds are no longer available.
• A valid refund request must be qualified against the design brief and your revision feedback. Where a concept simply requires further work, we will continue revising until you are satisfied rather than issue a refund.

2. Website & Mobile App Development

• Once website or app development has started and initial designs or milestones are delivered, fees for completed work are non-refundable.
• Once a website goes live or an application is submitted to the app stores, no refund will be granted.
• Mobile application prices are starting estimates; final scope, and therefore any refund calculation, is based on the agreed written proposal.

3. Monthly Services (Social Media & SEO)

• Monthly retainers are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the service month has begun and work has commenced.
• SEO results depend on competition, website condition, content, and search-engine changes; rankings and traffic cannot be guaranteed and are not grounds for a refund.
• Paid advertising spend is paid by you directly to the platform and is not part of our fees, and therefore not refundable by us.

4. Content Writing, Videography & Photography

• Content-writing fees are non-refundable once writing has commenced; word limits apply to final approved copy.
• For videography & photography, once a shoot has been scheduled and production begins, fees are non-refundable. Studio rental, permits, models, props, and travel outside the approved location are excluded.

5. General Conditions

• No refund will be entertained for a change of mind after work has commenced.
• No refund request will be entertained if there has been no activity on your order for 60 days after placing it. Reactivation may be subject to a handling fee.
• Refunds do not apply to third-party costs such as domains, hosting, premium plugins, subscriptions, stock assets, or advertising spend.
• Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable period, subject to the applicable service & processing fee.

We will first try to resolve your concern under our revision policy. If a refund is approved, the associated design rights remain with Design Crunchers and you may not use any version of the refunded work.

7. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
